Refund and Return Policy
At 6ixPrintCustom, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and services possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Image Quality and Custom Orders:

When you upload any images to our platform, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use them. It is important to note that using third-party images or infringing someone else’s rights is completely unlawful, and we will not tolerate any such activity.

We strongly advise you to upload high-quality images with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) to ensure that your design or image prints well. Please note that if the quality of the final printed product is poor due to the low resolution of the image you uploaded, we cannot be held responsible.

We also recommend that you verify your design before finalizing your order. Please take note that we will not be held responsible for any defective image uploads, designs of poor quality, misspellings, wrong emplacement of your design, or wrong sizing submitted by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that your design is correct and sizing is accurate before submitting your order.

Please note that there will be no refunds or exchanges on all custom orders, as they are made specifically to your specifications. It is important to carefully review your order before submitting it to us.

GARMENTS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMERS
Custom Orders: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders. Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please make sure you review your order carefully before submitting it.
PRODUCTION ERROR: Please note that we are not responsible for any manufacturing or production errors that may occur with the garments provided by our customers. We recommend that you provide extra garments in case of issues with the production or error. While submitting or uploading any image, logo or Text carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure that all information is accurate and complete.
No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any garments that have been customized or personalized in any way, unless there is a manufacturing or production error on our part.
Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund and return policy at any time. If we make any changes, we will post the updated policy on our website and update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. We will also provide you with notice of any changes that may significantly affect your rights.

Refunds
Store Credit:
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund or exchange. Store credit can be used towards a future purchase on our website or in our store.
No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any garments that have been customized or personalized in any way, unless there is a manufacturing or production error on our part.
CLOTHING STORE REFUND POLICY
Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a refund or return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and issue a refund or store credit, if applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:
